On Friday, April 16th, 7 am to 2 pm, students 16 and older will be able to receive the COVID-19 Vaccine at LHS Berry Bowl. If you want your student to receive the vaccine, you must have the consent form completely filled out and turned in to the LHS Main office by Tuesday, April 13th.
Please note- Fully vaccinated people with no COVID-like symptoms do not need to quarantine or be tested following exposure to someone with suspected or confirmed COVID-19.

Vaccines offered in coordination with the Cass County Health Department.
The clinic is open to all County schools.
16-18 year-olds are eligible and will receive the Pfizer vaccine. The second vaccine in the series will be given on May 7th at the Berry Bowl
