High School Equivalency Classes

Cost: Our placement test and classes are free. The only cost is for the HSE exam itself when a student is ready for that.

Who:

-Adults who do not have a high school diploma and want to have more job and education options by earning their High School Equivalency Diploma.

-High school graduates who want to attend college, but need to brush up on skills to avoid paying for extra classes.

-Homeschool students who want a state diploma are also welcome! (16-17 year olds may be admitted on a case-by-case basis)

What: Classes guided by experienced teachers and individualized to students’ needs that prepare students to pass the HSE test

When: 3 days/week for 2.5 hours each day. Days and times are dependent on your placement test. Morning (9:00AM-11:30AM) and Evening (5:30-8:00PM) classes available.

Why: Having your diploma gives you a sense of accomplishment and sets an example for your children, family members, and others around you. It allows you to attend college, obtain training, and improve your career options.

ELL Classes

Cost: FREE

Who: Non-native English speakers who want to improve their English reading, writing, speaking, and listening

What: Classes to improve reading, writing, listening, and speaking

When: 2 days/week. Days and times are dependent on your placement test. Morning (9:00AM-12:00PM) and Evening (6:00-8:00PM) classes are available.

Why: Improving your English improves your quality of life by being able to communicate better at work and in the community.
